Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
The Siskin Center for Developmental Pediatrics is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our fast growing ABA program. The BCBA will provide a range of applied behavior analytic (ABA) assessment and clinical services for children with autism spectrum disorder, and/or other related behavioral and developmental disabilities. The BCBA will provide direct clinical therapy in office and home settings. The BCBA will lead/attend meetings and conduct on-going staff trainings as it relates to the ABA program. The BCBA consults and teaches Registered Behavior Technician’s (RBT’s) regarding proactive, educational, programming, and behavioral support; develops and implements comprehensive treatment plans, and collaborates with the pediatric center medical and therapy team to better clinical outcomes for the families we serve. The BCBA will assist in developing strategies for program growth, and is responsible for accurate documentation, reports and program records.
Preferred: A minimum of three years of recent experience working with individuals who have autism spectrum disorders and their families.
