With over 17 years of experience in intellectual and developmental disabilities, Rebecca has dedicated her career to supporting individuals across various life stages. Before becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she was a Program Manager and Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) in adult residential settings.

After earning her BCBA, Rebecca shifted to working with children, particularly those with autism and behavioral challenges. Her expertise spans multiple states and service settings, improving outcomes for children and families.

As the ABA Trainer at Siskin, Rebecca now oversees new team orientation and coordinates ongoing professional development in the ABA department.
