The 365 Club Annual Fund helps Siskin Children's Institute provide programs and services for children with special needs and their families. Whether it’s $3.65 or $365,000, anyone can give to the Institute and become part of the club.

The 365 Club has been a longstanding tradition in Chattanooga. In 1962, Mose and Garrison Siskin founded the 365 Club to give people an opportunity to reach out to those in need. The motto was "a penny a day or more," and the club was open to anyone, with donation amounts ranging from $3.65 to $36,500. Initial members included local elementary students and America's first 10 astronauts.

Wishing wells appeared around town to collect pennies and other donations, and everyone from the tiniest of tots to senior adults participated in the 365 Club. Some of the original club members even continue to renew their memberships to this day.

Today, your gift to the 365 Club Annual Fund can help continue that promise for more than 2600 children served by the Early Learning Center, the Home & Community-Based Early Intervention program and the Center for Developmental Pediatrics. Why I Give to
Siskin Children's Institute

There are many worthy causes that draw our attention, but very few have attracted the support of Siskin Children’s Institute with such profound effect on the lives of special needs children and their families.  I can picture in my mind the first time I observed a classroom activity as a visitor and how easy it was to see what was taking place with these beautiful children as they were taught and nurtured.  That image has stuck with me since that first time and refreshed at every subsequent Siskin visit.  What a remarkable situation where highly skilled and motivated specialists are engaged with the care and teaching of these very special children.  As parents and grandparents, we can be especially  appreciative of how important the essential work of Siskin Children’s Institute is to so many. You can give your time by volunteering or hosting an event. However you choose, Siskin Children's Institute thanks you on behalf of the children and families we serve.
